Before you book your next appointment we’d like for you to understand the difference in the types of Examinations we offer.

Option 1: An Advanced Eye Examination

An Advanced Eye Examination is a more comprehensive experience, using state of the art technology. It lasts up to an hour and costs £90.00 (this fee is reduced to £65 if you are entitled to an NHS sight test).

Option 2: A Basic Sight Test

A sight test lasts around 20 minutes and costs £65.00 (unless you are entitled to an NHS sight test in which case there is no charge for this service).

Which Option Should I Choose?

An Advance Eye Examination is our best level of eyecare and is suitable for everyone - We would ALWAYS advise an Advanced Eye Examination, as it enables us to get a good baseline for future reference, and potentially pick up pathology at an earlier stage.
